Philippines: Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro Signed
On 27 March 2014, the Government of the Philippines (GPH) and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) signed the final Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB).
